Returns
All Imahc products are custom made to order and non-refundable. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Orders can not be cancelled or edited after 24 hours once they begin processing.
Exchanges
All Imahc slides are custom made to order and are exchangeable.
Partial Refunds
We only partially refund items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing partial refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again within the 3 business day processing period.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@imhac.com.au.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This includes any discount coupon used.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To start a return, you can contact us at imahcmumii@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
